Product Description:  The Amersham Biosciences Biacore 2000 is a fully automated system for bio-molecular interaction analysis, ideally suited for larger institution research facilities with multi-user and routine applications requiring speed and accuracy in analyzing large numbers of samples.

Biacore 2000 offers the end-user a flexible approach to experimental design. Easy operation, accurate flow control and recovery of flow-through sample keep assay development and experiment time to a minimum, reduce sample consumption and ensure accuracy of results.

The software wizard allows the user to setup assays without effort through preparation, experimentation and evaluation. Advanced evaluation software enables detailed kinetic, affinity and concentration analysis.

The microfluidics system has 4 flow cells in Biacore 2000, used in single mode, or for multi-channel analysis, saving time when screening large numbers of samples and making it possible to improve kinetic and concentration measurements by covering a range of surface ligand concentrations and contact in one analysis.
